"i found it at a shop in Colorado, very good stuff! usually Aquarius themed things are NOT up my alley, but i took a risk and was glad. its a very unique and a bit unconventional scent for lip balms (at least that ive had) but it works really well and leaves my lips nice and smooth. definitely going to become my go to!"
